Such disclaimer forms an integral and binding part of the engagement between the parties.

Recipients are strictly required to peruse the same with due diligence, as no claim shall lie for ignorance or non-compliance thereof. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Jabalpur (M.P.).
